Algiers — Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra on Wednesday reaffirmed Algeria's readiness to cooperate in counterterrorism field and make it available to our "Tunisian brothers," chiefly in the wake of the terrorist attack that hit Tuesday Tunis.

Lamamra, who reiterated Algeria's condemnation of the terrorist attack on Tunisian presidential guard bus, said that Algeria "is mobilizing its capabilities and makes its experience available to Tunisian brothers to fight together against the terrorism".

During a news conference jointly held with Palestinian counterpart, Riyad al-Maliki, Lamamra underlined that Algeria "learned from the past."

"All the necessary measures have been taken to protect the Algerian diplomatic missions and consulates abroad against possible terrorist threats," he added.
