This is during official talks as part of the visit the Angolan Foreign minister, Georges Chikoti, will be paying to Algeria.
To this end, Georges Chikoti left Luanda on Friday for Algeria.
According to a press release from the Foreign Ministry that reached Angop on Friday , minister Chikoti will visit Algeria from March 1-4, during which he will hold talks with his local counterpart and other Government officials.
Meanwhile, ahead of the visit, the note says, the minister is to attend on Saturday (February 7) the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, set to take place in Tindouf, the based of the Sahrawi Government.
Angola and Algeria enjoy diplomatic relations for the last 40 years.
The latest Angola-Algeria Joint Bilateral Cooperation Commission was held on July 6-7, 2011 in Alger, when the two countries signed bilateral cooperation accords in the fields of social communication, culture, higher education and scientific education.
